1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Customized or personalized items are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@moulnoqra.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team at contact@moulnoqra.com. Our team will assist you in processing the exchange and provide instructions for the return shipment.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@moulnoqra.com. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
